Please read carefully:

 

>>> Our Vintage/Modern Vintage clothing can only be refunded for up to 3 days after the item has been received. However we will not cover any return postage fees and the money will be returned upon us receiving the returned product. Sale items, shoes and accessories are not refundable.

 

>>> Our shop consists of Modern Vintage clothing and Vintage clothing. What is the difference? If we say Vintage the item is over 20 years old, if we say Modern Vintage it is anywhere between 20 years old to the present time. "Vintage Style" means has the appearance of a Vintage item but still may be Modern Vintage.  

 

>>> If you are not sure and have a question about the size, appearance, or brand of an item, shoot us an email (click the "contact" button at the top of the page) and we will gladly take additional measurements and answer any detailed questions you may have.

 

>>> Please keep in mind that vintage/recycled items are used and should not be expected to be in never worn condition.

 

>>> No warranty is expressed or implied regarding the usefulness or durability of any item. Due to the unique nature of vintage clothing, there may be minor imperfections and small repairs. Although we do our best to note any major flaw that we find we may miss trivial ones or ones that are characteristic of garments of a particular age and era.

 

>>> Please note that in the interest of not compromising the condition of our garments we do not always clean them. As such, some garments may have "old clothes" scents. This happens when garments are old. We will not accept returns on this basis nor are we obligated to cover dry cleaning costs. Garments that have been modeled by live models may faintly smell of perfume, or body lotion, body wash. 

 

>>> Disclaimer on jewelry: Metals that our jewelry is made of may react some skin depending on your body's chemistry. We are not responsible for any discoloration that can take place on the wearers skin. (This sometimes may happen naturally after a long time of wearing, not harmful.)

>>> You are responsible for any postage costs.

>>> We would advise to post using a tracking method as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns

>>> We only post on Monday-Fridays and within 3 working days after the order has been processed. However, due to announced personal reasons or holidays occasionally there could be a 2 week period where there is no postage, but this will be announced in a heading at the top of the page.
